Police reports describe one protester allegedly kicking the police chief and others shouting at council members and interfering with an arrest, following a warning about meeting decorum rules.
   

• Fire Forces Temporary Closure of Old-Fashioned Supper Club (gmtoday.com) — Port Washington Fire/Rescue was among several departments called to help battle a weekend blaze that temporarily closed the Old-Fashioned Supper Club near Newburg. The fire, believed to have started in the attic, caused still-unknown damage, and the restaurant is shut while owners assess next steps. Supportive locals are already hoping the longtime spot can repair and reopen.
