• Recall effort ‘rooted in disinformation': Port Washington mayor responds to group's effort to oust him (gmtoday.com) — Port Washington Mayor Ted Neitzke IV is pushing back against a newly launched recall effort, arguing it’s based on misinformation about the proposed Vantage data center project. He highlights infrastructure upgrades, environmental work, and financial planning during his tenure, while the recall group says resident concerns haven’t been fully addressed. Any recall election would require significant local signatures before moving forward.
   

• Fire Forces Temporary Closure of Old-Fashioned Supper Club (gmtoday.com) — Port Washington Fire/Rescue was among several departments called to help battle a weekend blaze that temporarily closed the Old-Fashioned Supper Club in nearby Newburg.
