16-Year-Old Stabbed With Knife In Waukesha, Police Say

A teenager was stabbed with a knife during an apparent fight after 9 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 2400 block of Springdale Road.

WAUKESHA, WI—A teenager was stabbed with a knife during an apparent fight after 9 p.m. Friday in the 2400 block of Springdale Road, according to a Waukesha Police Department log.

A 16-year-old was stabbed in his leg and arm by a 19-year-old man, the log said. The log said a 19-year-old suspect ran towards the Meadows Apartment complex. A perimeter was set up around the apartment complex and residents were told to stay inside, according to the log.

Patch was at the scene shortly 10:30 p.m. and found squad cars blocking the streets around the complex and crime scene tape up.

It is not known if the suspect was taken into custody and the extent of the 16-year-old's injuries.

Patch reached out to the Waukesha Police Department but there was no response as of Saturday morning.
