Police said they learned the man has mental health issues and was talking to himself. No one at the bus stop witnessed him urinating on the bushes. The man was cooperative and promised to keep to himself.

Police were called again for the same man who was still at the bus shelter and a caller said he exposed himself to bus patrons and urinated. Police moved the man along, the log said.
