Waukesha Police Responded To 'World's Worst Serenade' Complaint

WAUKESHA, WI –Waukesha Police were called for noise which was described as "the world's worst serenade" on Saturday in the 300 block of Wisconsin Avenue.

The caller said some people were signing karaoke that "sounded terrible," according to the police log. The caller told police it sounded as if the individuals were auditioning for the world worst serenades and the caller would like them to take it inside.

The log said this was the second time police were dispatched to the location in the past three days. One of the individuals gave incomplete information regarding his name. Police said they believed he was on the people warned during the previous noise complaint.

The man was given a final warning and told citations would be issued if police were called again. He claimed it was the final event, the log said.
