9 Cars Broken Into In Wauwatosa Hospital Parking Lot: Police

The incidents took place on Tuesday at Children's Wisconsin Hospital construction lot.

WAUWATOSA, WI — Nine cars parked in the Children's Wisconsin Hospital construction lot at North 94th Street and West Wisconsin Avenue were broken into sometime between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Tuesday, according to the Wauwatosa Police Department log entries.

  • A 2015 Kia Optima was broken into and property was stolen.
  • A person smashed out the front passenger window of a 2010 Dodge Ram and rummaged through the glove box.
  • A person smashed the rear driver's side window and cracked the front driver's side window of a 2018 Ford F150.
  • A person smashed out the front passenger window of a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic and rummaged through it. Nothing was taken from the car.
  • A person smashed the front passenger side window of a Toyota Corolla.
  • A 2017 Chevrolet Silverado was broken into.
  • A person smashed the front passenger side window of a 2012 Ford F150.
  • A person smashed the front driver's side window of a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado.
  • A person broke open the front passenger window of a 2018 Mazda CX-5, which resulted in the window cracking.

There were no surveillance cameras, according to the police log.
