Bluegrass Band Listening Party To Play In Tosa Tonight Concert
The Milwaukee bluegrass group will perform at the Rotary Performance Pavilion on Wednesday.
WAUWATOSA, WI — An award-nominated bluegrass band and an electric folk band will play on the Rotary Performance Pavilion on Wednesday.
Listening Party, an Americana trio from Milwaukee, will headline for Tosa Tonight at the pavilion, 1190 N. 70th St. Electronic folk band L'Resort will play an opening set at 6 p.m.
Listening Party, a Wisconsin Area Music Industry nominee for Bluegrass and Americana, will play with "soulful stage presence and infectious melodies," the Tosa Tonight website said.

L'Resort is an electric folk band from Milwaukee with members from other local bands including Saturday Night Duets and Ruth B8r Ginsburg, the website said.
Tosa Tonight is free to the public and family-friendly, the website said. Parking will be available in a public lot to the west of 70th street and on the parkway one block south of State Street, the website said.

After Listening Party, there will be one last concert before Tosa Tonight closes until next summer. JigJam, a traditional Irish music quartet, will play as a preview for Milwaukee Irish Fest on Aug. 18.
