Halloween Trick-Or-Treating Hours In Wauwatosa

WAUWATOSA, WI — Wauwatosa's trick-or-treat hours will be 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Halloween. Some neighborhoods may opt out of participating in Halloween events because of the pandemic.

Some neighborhood associations may host their own Halloween events; ask your neighborhood association for details.

The best way to protect yourself against COVID-19 is to get vaccinated, according to the Wauwatosa Health Department.

Other ways to protect yourself while trick-or-treating include wearing a mask, physical distancing, avoiding large crowds and washing hands frequently.

The health department offered the following alternative options to traditional trick-or-treating.

• Offer individual grab bags or treats outside the door to avoid in-person contact.
• Stay home and bake Halloween-themed treats, have a scavenger hunt or watch scary movies.
• Host a virtual costume party.
• Do drive-thru trick-or-treating.
• Set up candy stations or designate stops in your neighborhood.
• Stay home if you are sick or have symptoms of COVID-19.
