Jenna Proudfit Joins Growing Family Law Team at Probst Law Offices
Family law attorney brings broad trial experience to Wauwatosa law office, which serves clients in five-county southeast Wisconsin area
Wauwatosa, Wis. – Probst Law Offices has added Jenna N. Proudfit to its family law team, strengthening the service offerings and practice capabilities of the longtime Wauwatosa family law office.
Proudfit brings broad trial experience to the family law practice of Probst Law Offices, which has served southeastern Wisconsin since 2015.

Proudfit comes to Probst Law Offices from the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office in Walworth County, where she tried a multitude of felonies and misdemeanors, with an emphasis on special pleas in complex mental health cases. She has extensive knowledge of Chapter 51 mental health commitments, Chapter 54 guardianships and Chapter 55 protective placements.
Proudfit earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School, and holds a B.A. in political science from Marquette University. She held leadership roles in the school’s student safety program for six years, helping ensure a secure campus.
