Rocket Baby's Five Most Popular Bakery Items
After one year in business, North Avenue's newest bakery hotspot dishes about the top sellers on their unique menu.
It's easy to walk into Rocket Baby Bakery and feel overwhelmed by all of the delicious croissants, muffins and other bakery behind the glass.
Because human nature teaches us to follow each other's example, Patch asked bakery manager Steve Hawthorne to point out the five most popular items during their first year in business. The bakery items are pictured above this article.
Rocket Baby is approaching its first birthday at 6822 W. North Ave. The bakery is owned by Geoff Trenholme, who studied under master French baker Michel Suas at the San Francisco Baking Institute. The pastry chef is Matt Haase, who studied at The French Pastry School of Kennedy-King College in Chicago.

Rocket Baby is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to noon on Sunday.
