Tosa voters will also have a choice on their ballot whether or not they want to reduce the number of seats in the Common Council, the City of Wauwatosa said in a statement. The referendum will ask if the council should be downsized from 16 to 12 and ask for a term limit for alders, so they can't serve more than two four-year terms consecutively.
