  1. A man’s death is being investigated by police after he was found shot in his home. His family said they had not heard from him in several days and forced entry to his home in the 900 block of 10th Street Southwest, where he was reportedly found dead. Police are asking anyone with information to come forward. (WVTM13 Birmingham)
  2. The University of Alabama - Birmingham has become the first site in the state to offer heated chemotherapy to stage 4 cancer patients. The targeted chemotherapy program is offered to patients with colon cancer, and involves a two-step surgery. (Alabama NewsCenter)
  3. Researchers have compiled a list of locations where Birmingham residents are moving to. Some of the most sought-after metros for exiting Birminghamians include Tuscaloosa, Alabama; Huntsville, Alabama; and Atlanta, Georgia. (WBRC)
