- The Birmingham Police have launched an internal investigation following a woman's arrest. Two police officers arrested Domesha Adams, a homeless woman in Birmingham's Highland Park community. "About 9:00 in the morning, I was being waken up by a bunch of screams. I look over my balcony and see a neighbor we had met. She's homeless, but we'd kind of taken her under," said David "D-low" Lowry, who lives at the Cortland Vesta apartments. Video of the incident was taken by Lowry on a balcony and posted at the link.
