HOMEWOOD, AL — A Homewood brewpub has temporarily lost its alcohol licence amid complaints that it was not enforcing COVID-19 health guidelines. Grocery Brewpub was cited for not requiring masks or adhering to capacity regulations, according to an Alabama Media Group report.

The suspension is the first in Alabama related to failure to enforce the state's Safer At Home order, according to al.com

Facebook posts from the business shows patrons without masks and not practicing social distancing, which prompted complaints.
