• Double Tragedy in Fyffe: Two Women Found Dead; Fort Payne Man Arrested (theweeklyledgernews.com) — Fort Payne residents should know investigators searched a home on Forest Avenue and arrested a local man on two counts of Abuse of a Corpse after two elderly women were found dead in Fyffe. DeKalb County authorities are still investigating the circumstances of the deaths and are asking anyone with information to contact investigators as they consider additional charges.
