- The Jefferson County Coroner's Office has released the identities of the two women found dead in a Hoover apartment on Saturday. Lauren Anne White, 39 years old, and Blakeley Meachelle Nelson, 24 years old, were discovered in the 100 Building at The Park at Hoover shortly before 8:00 a.m. Daxton Elliot Keith, 21 years old, has been charged with two counts of capital murder in the case. - The Taste of Hoover 2022 is this Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Attendees can enjoy the best of the city's food and drink while enjoying live entertainment. - Investigators report that thieves have been targeting major retailers in Hoover. The Huntsville Police Department is asking the community for help in identifying the thieves that were caught on surveillance footage.
