  3. The Hoover Fire Department has a very special visitor coming! On Christmas Eve, the annual Santa Run begins. Santa Claus gets to be chauffeured through the streets of Hoover by our very own Hoover Fire Department! Officials do caution that because of the size of the city, not every street will be visited by Santa. If you want to see the magic, make sure they'll be passing your street so you can say hi.
