Hoover Student's 'Light Shines Bright At Home, School & On All Fields'

Hoover, Alabama — Star Students are found in classrooms, on concert and theater stages and at debate lecterns, and out in the community doing good things to make life better for all of us.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize Star Students, and we’re working to tell the stories of these outstanding kids to their neighbors.

Terrence is a star student because he works every day to make good choices. Terrence takes pride in doing the right thing and living a life that’s pleasing to God. Terrence’s light shines bright at home, school and on all fields from baseball to football. Terrence is often praised by his teachers, coaches and others he meet for his outstanding character.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star local student?

I want everyone to know that Terrence has a big heart that cares for those around him. He has a passion for those who are unhoused, often stopping to give money to them on the side of the road. Terrence has expressed interest in one day providing a mission service to those who are greatly in need.
