Remains Of Missing Hoover Woman Found In Birmingham

The skeletal remains of Angela Michelle Roberts, who was reported missing July 10, were found near an abandoned home in Birmingham.

BIRMINGHAM, AL — Skeletal remains found next to an empty Birmingham home Tuesday have been identified as those of 26-year-old Angela Michelle Roberts of Hoover. Roberts was reported missing July 10.

The Jefferson County Coroner's Office said the remains were discovered in an overgrown lot in the 300 block of 64th Street South. Roberts' cause of death has not been determined, but initial findings do not indicate foul play.

Hoover police said Roberts was leaving a residence on Old Tyler Road and got into a rideshare vehicle, and had not been seen since.

Roberts was a mother to two children.
