Here are the top three stories in Hoover today:
- A Wednesday morning single-vehicle crash on I-65 in Hoover ended in one fatality. Around 7:00 a.m. yesterday, a BMW 420i struck the center concrete median, then left the roadway to the right, striking a tree near mile marker 251. The driver was taken to Brookwood Medical Center and was pronounced deceased a short time later. As of Wednesday evening, crews are still investigating the cause of the crash. (Alabama's News Leader)
- Kora player Sean Gaskell will hold a free concert at the Hoover Public Library on Sunday, Mar. 12 at 2:30 p.m. This free, family-friendly concert will add to the more than 350 concerts Gaskell has presented at K-12 schools, colleges, and universities.
