Familiar face originating mortgages in Huntsville and beyond
Tracy Flesch focuses on making the mortgage process as smooth as possible, always striving to exceed expectations
First Community Mortgage (FCM) has named Tracy Flesch a Vice President and Mortgage Originator. An experienced mortgage professional who has closed over 1,800 loans, he can originate mortgages for consumers in 32 states, including Alabama and Tennessee. He resides in Huntsville, AL, and is currently based out of FCM’s Fayetteville, TN, office until the Huntsville office opens in Spring 2022.

Flesch, a longtime resident of Huntsville, has many clients in North Alabama and Southern Tennessee, though he also frequently assists clients with mortgages for second homes at the beach, University of Alabama and Auburn condos, and elsewhere. The mortgage products he most frequently handles are VA, VA Jumbo, FHA, Conventional Loans, other Jumbos and refinances.

“I enjoy making the process as simple, quick and convenient as possible for clients,” Flesch says, “and the entire process can be completed on-line or in-person at my office in Huntsville, always striving to provide an experience that will exceed expectations.”
Away from work, the former sportscaster and Iowa State University grad enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife of 25 years and two daughters, who are 18 and 21. Originally from Iowa, he has spent most of his life in Huntsville, where he is very involved in the community.
