MADISON, Ala. The restaurant features a variety of made-to-order, giant grilled and fresh deli subs stacked with premium ingredients that are complemented by award-winning crispy fries and warm gourmet cookies.

After over 20 years of working in law enforcement, first-time franchise owner Michael Gorden is now pursuing his lifelong dream of owning a sub shop by becoming a multi-unit developer of Jon Smith Subs. As a resident of the area, Gorden believes that the community deserves a restaurant that provides fresh, made-to-order subs.
