Huntsville city leaders say plans near completion to rebuild Holmes Avenue (waff.com) — Huntsville is moving closer to a major rebuild of Holmes Avenue, adding bike lanes, wider sidewalks, and multi-use paths between downtown and Sparkman Drive near UAH.
