Nine of Mobile County’s 11 municipalities are listed or have confirmed participation: Bayou La Batre, Chickasaw, Citronelle, Creola, Dauphin Island, Mobile, Mount Vernon, Saraland, and Semmes. Prichard Mayor’s Office and Satsuma Town Clerk indicated those municipalities are not participating this year.
