• Ultimate Angler World Championship to return to Scottsboro in 2026 (whnt.com) — Scottsboro will once again host the Ultimate Angler World Championship at Goose Pond Colony from September 27 to October 3, 2026, bringing top anglers and thousands of fans to town. Alongside the tournament, residents can expect a concert, outdoor expo, and several community and youth-focused conservation activities.
