Organizers said this year’s cohort represents a diverse group of students with strong academic backgrounds, demonstrated community involvement and a clear commitment to building their futures in West Alabama.

The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama says participants were chosen based on their interest in remaining in the region after graduation and on career goals aligned with the area’s continued growth.
