🌱 Man Convicted Of Sex Trafficking + Airfare And Rental Prices Rise

According to reports, an Anchorage man has been convicted of sex trafficking and producing and possessing child pornography. 39-year-old Jayshon Moore, also known as China, sexually exploited a young girl back in 2019. He now faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years; however, his sentencing date has not been set yet. (Alaska's News Source)
2. Are you looking to travel this summer? If so, try to prepare for the recent rise in prices for airfare and car rentals. Ever since the pandemic began, the travel experience has been changing in Alaska and across the country. The combination of rental shortages, vaccination requirements, and mask mandates all contribute to the change. Hopefully, planning ahead will help with keeping the prices down. (Anchorage Daily News)
