2 Dead, 1 Critically Injured In Phoenix Shooting

One man and one woman have died and one woman was critically injured. Police are not looking for any suspects.

PHOENIX, AZ — Two people are dead and one person was critically injured in a shooting Tuesday morning in Phoenix, according to Phoenix police.

One man and one woman were killed and another woman was taken to a local hospital in critical condition after a shooting in a residence near 59th Avenue and Thomas Road in Phoenix.

Police are not looking for any suspects, but could not confirm if one of the people inside the home fired the shots, Sgt. Vincent Cole said during a Tuesday afternoon news conference.

A family member came to the home and found the three people who had been shot and called for help around 10 a.m. Tuesday, but police are unsure when the shootings happened.

All three people who were shot lived in the home, Cole said.
