Three people were shot near downtown Phoenix just before 5 a.m. Tuesday. Here's what we know so far.

PHOENIX, AZ — Three people were shot near downtown Phoenix just before 5 a.m. Tuesday, according to Phoenix Police.
The shooting, which occurred near 12th Avenue and Jefferson Street, resulted in all three being taken to a nearby hospital.
Two men were taken to the hospital, in addition to a woman, with one suffering serious and the others receiving non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
