The Arizona REALTORS® Installs 2026 Executive Committee

The 2026 Executive Committee will lead throughout the state, advancing the interests of REALTORS® and homeowners across Arizona.

The Arizona REALTORS®, the largest trade association in Arizona representing approximately 50,000 REALTORS® throughout the state, installed its 2026 state and local Association officers during the organization’s annual Leadership Conference held at the Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Lisa Paffrath of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Grand View North in Flagstaff will serve as the 2026 president of the Arizona REALTORS®. As president, Paffrath will lead alongside Shane Cook, 2026 president-elect from eXp Realty in Chandler; Paul Baker, 2026 first vice president from RE/MAX Fine Properties in Scottsdale; and M. Teresa Rubio, 2026 treasurer from Full House Realty of Arizona in Litchfield Park. Sindy Ready from RE/MAX Excalibur in Scottsdale will serve as immediate past president.

“I am honored to lead this statewide network of Arizona REALTORS® who are dedicated to professional excellence and serving their communities with the expertise and integrity that define being a REALTOR®,” said Paffrath. “We will continue moving our industry forward in unity by supporting our members, empowering homeownership and strengthening the communities that the individuals and families we serve call home.”

Paffrath has more than 20 years of real estate experience and is a past president of the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS®. She has chaired the Arizona REALTORS® Risk Management Committee and is a graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Leadership Academy. Paffrath is also a past recipient of the Tyler Strout Vision Award, which recognizes a real estate practitioner who uplifts the profile of REALTORS® in the community and exemplifies the Association’s vision of the best-prepared real estate professional with the highest standards. She was also recognized for her community outreach in 2022 for her outstanding service to the Flagstaff community following devastating fires and flooding.

Cook is an active leader within the Arizona real estate community, previously holding positions with the SouthEast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS® (SEVRAR). He has also served as a Chair for the NAR Consumer Communications Committee, Chair of the NAR Leading Edge Advisory Board, a member of both the NAR Strategic Planning Committee and REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee.

Baker has served in numerous leadership roles throughout his 30+ years in the real estate profession. He is a former chair of the Arizona REALTORS® Legislative and Political Affairs Committee, has been an active board member and is a graduate of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, where he went on to serve as treasurer and as a member of the political action and member relief committees.

Rubio joins the Executive Committee as the 2026 treasurer, bringing nearly 23 years of experience as a REALTOR®. She currently serves as the 2025 treasurer of the West and SouthEast REALTORS® of the Valley (WeSERV). Rubio has served as a director with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), a member of the Leading Edge Advisory Board, and a past Region 2 vice president. At the local level, she was the 2019 president of the former West Maricopa Association of REALTORS® (WeMAR) and was part of the merger team that helped create what is now WeSERV. She was honored with WeMAR’s REALTOR® of the Year award in 2015 and served four years on the WeMAR C.A.R.E.S. Committee before joining the organization’s board of directors in 2009.

The board represents REALTOR® professionals across Arizona and strives to strengthen engagement, collaboration and innovation throughout the real estate industry in 2026 as they advance the interests of REALTORS® and homeowners across Arizona.
