TUCSON, AZ — When the University of Arizona plays its first 2020 football game Nov. 14, there won't be any fans in the stands.

But the school wants to ensure fans are included in the shortened season by allowing them to purchase cardboard cutouts to sit in the stands during Wildcats home games.

"Although our fans can't join the Wildcats in Arizona Stadium this fall to help us create the best home field advantage in the country, their cutouts can," the University of Arizona Athletics Department said in a statement.

Cutouts can be shipped back to the fan at the end of the season as a keepsake for an extra, discounted cost, or can be recycled.
