AZ Attorney General Plans To Fight Employer Vaccine Mandate

Mark Brnovich said he plans to file a suit Friday challenging President Biden's private employer mandate.

PHOENIX, AZ — Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich plans to file a suit challenging President Joe Biden's private employer COVID-19 mandate, Brnovich announced.

The Attorney General plans to file the challenge Friday, after Occupational Safety and Health Administration rules for the mandate are published , Brnovich said in a news release.

The rules will mandate that private businesses with 100 or more employees require COVID-19 vaccines for their employees.

“When faceless government bureaucrats dictate what you must inject into your body, that’s the furthest thing in the world from a safe workplace,” Brnovich said in the news release. “The government doesn’t get to be your nanny, and it’s certainly not your doctor.”
