Arizona Biltmore Golf Club Restaurant Serves up Smoky Eats for New Weekly Ritual Running Through May
Your weekend ritual is about to go up in smoke in the tastiest way!
Starting Sunday, November 9, Adobe Bar & Grille at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club will turn up the heat with Sunday Smokeout, a weekly patio kickback that serves up house-made smoky BBQ crafted on Traeger Grills, Bulleit Bourbon cocktails and live country and southern tunes on the lawn, all against a backdrop of sweeping golf course views. Every Sunday from 12 to 4 p.m., guests can grab a plate, sip a signature cocktail and end the weekend on a high note.
Designed for easygoing afternoons that feel a little indulgent and a lot fun, Sunday Smokeout is the perfect way to gather friends, savor chef-driven BBQ specials and toast to the weekend as it winds down. For laid back Sundays at home, Sunday Smokeout will also offer to-go BBQ options that satisfy the fam.

“Sunday Smokeout is all about good food, great company and those golf course views that make the Arizona Biltmore so unforgettable,” said David Codney, Director of Operations at Adobe Bar & Grille. “It’s our new weekend tradition for anyone who loves flavor, fun and a little sunshine with their bourbon.”

- Savory meats and vegan options, including St. Louis pork spare ribs with Bulleit Bourbon honey glaze, pulled pork sandwiches with Carolina mustard on brioche, Adobe rubbed tri-tip and a Jamaican jerk jackfruit sandwich.
- Inventive sides and desserts, such as cheddar biscuits, cowboy baked beans with bacon, brown sugar, and hatch chilis, and warm apple cobbler.
- A beverage lineup keeps the party going with sips like the Bulleit smoked old fashioned, spicy sauvignon blanc spritz, tequila sunset, micheladas and more.
