The Bower is pleased to announce the grand opening of their newest single-family community in Midtown Phoenix. The Bower Willo features 28 single-family homes for sale near the beautiful Roosevelt Row Art District in Downtown Phoenix.

With prices starting in the mid $900k range, The Bower Willo offers potential residents multiple two- and three-story floor plans ranging from 1,800 to 2,400 square feet, three bedrooms, and 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms.

The community's Rooftop Residences include a rooftop patio with a beautiful view of downtown Phoenix, and its two-story detached Heritage Homes feature private yards and front porches crafted with the community's historic architecture in mind.

The Bower CFO, Josh Tice, said they built this luxury community with the idea that the midtown location is the amenity.

“With The Bower Willo, the location is a real draw since every resident is just steps from Midtown's luxury shopping and dining and minutes from downtown's infectious positive energy,” Tice said. “We worked hard to design and build a small enclave of 28 beautiful homes that blend historic charm with modern luxury in the heart of Midtown Phoenix.”

Rebecca Hidalgo, CEO of Integrity All Stars and Designated Broker for the Willo, said the community was doing its part to meet the ever-increasing demand for housing in Metro Phoenix.

“The Bower Willo is the type of housing that many in the community have been looking for. Beautiful single-family homes that match the historic feel of the community,” Hidalgo said. “Before us, it was going to be an APS substation, and instead, it is beautiful homes for people in the community to live in.”

The Bower Willo is also working with local artists through its partnership with the Phoenix nonprofit Artlink to give each resident an original piece of artwork valued at $500. Buyers can choose the unique, local artwork they want for their home on a first-come, first-served basis.

"Artlink is thrilled to collaborate with The Bower Willo in celebrating the rich artistic and historic spirit of central Phoenix,” said Catrina Kahler, Artlink President & CEO. “Through this innovative art program, they’re creating meaningful connections with Arizona’s artist community and fostering deeper engagement between local artists and Phoenix residents.”

The community will host its “Bower Beneath the Stars” Grand Opening event on November 15th from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Join the community for an exclusive evening of art, ambiance, and architecture celebrating luxury living in Historic Willo.

The event will feature live music, wine, chef-inspired appetizers, and a chance to meet some of the local artists whose work will be displayed throughout the model homes.
