Vaccination Required For City Of Phoenix Employees
The deadline for all city employees to get fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is Jan. 18.

PHOENIX, AZ — All city of Phoenix workers will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by Jan. 18, according to an ABC 15 report.
City employees were notified of the vaccination mandate through a Thursday email, ABC 15 reported.
Employees who aren't vaccinated by Jan. 18 could lose their jobs, AZ Family reported. Employees are not currently required to get booster shots.

The city says that because it holds so many federal contracts, all of its employees are subject to President Joe Biden's executive order mandating vaccination for all employees of federal contractors, ABC 15 reported.
