- Arcadia Crossing, a 453,457-square-foot retail center at 44th Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix, has sold for $65.8 million. The center is home to several major retailers, including Fry’s Food & Drug, Target, Burlington and Costco. The buyer is a family company based in Denver, while the seller was a family company based in Phoenix. (AZ Big Media)
- The man accused of running a red light, and then hitting and killing 27-year-old Phoenix Police officer Ginarro New, is accused of driving double the speed limit on the street when the crash happened. (ABC15 Arizona)
