Woman Shot While Driving Has Died: Police
The shooting happened following some sort of "traffic altercation" between the woman and another driver.

PHOENIX, AZ — A woman has died after she was shot while driving near the intersection of 7th Avenue and Beardsley Road Thursday afternoon, according to police.
Stella Montes, 38, was taken to a local hospital to be treated for her injuries but did not survive, police said.
A person in another vehicle shot Montes, according to police, after some sort of "traffic altercation."

After she was shot, Montes's vehicle crashed into a wall.
Police are working to figure out what led up to the shooting and ask that anyone who was in the area of the shooting or who has any information call the Phoenix Police Department.
