Fernando The Sloth's 6th Birthday Party, Phoenix Zoo — Proof Sloths Are Majestic, Adorable

PHOENIX, AZ — Fernando is living the life of luxury. He has people to wait on him and bring his meals, and he even received several custom dishes for his birthday last week.

Of course, Fernando is obviously the internet-famous sloth from the Phoenix Zoo. The furry guy turned 6 on April 25, and his zoo family treated him to the birthday meal of the Linné’s two-toed sloths's dreams.

According to the description of the video, Fernando dined upon "tasty roses from our amazing horticulture team, a delicious 'cake' made of leafeater biscuits [and] apples topped with a zucchini rose ... from our awesome Nutrition Services team."
