  2. Plan to avoid I-17 in the North Phoenix area this weekend if you don't want to deal with major delays. Interstate-17 between Happy Valley Road and Carefree Highway in North Phoenix will be completely closed in both directions this weekend for pavement sealing and lane striping. (Signals AZ)
  3. Encanto Village is Phoenix's No. 1 neighborhood for new apartments. Almost 3,000 units were built there in the last 5 years. Downtown Phoenix was the No. 2 spot in the city for new apartments. Encanto Village includes Phoenix's midtown and uptown areas. (AZ Big Media)
  4. Lester Holt is set to anchor "NBC Nightly News" from Phoenix tonight as part of his weeklong "Across America" series.
