Phoenix Pauses COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate For City Workers

PHOENIX, AZ — The city of Phoenix has pushed pause on its COVID-19 vaccine requirement for employees.
The city made the announcement that it was pausing the requirement after a ruling by a federal judge in Georgia Tuesday that temporarily blocked a mandate for all employees of federal contractors to be vaccinated.
Phoenix had previously set a Jan. 18 deadline for its employees to get vaccinated.
