Man Fatally Shot In Phoenix After Car Crash: Police

Phoenix police are investigating after a man was found with gunshot wounds following a car crash early Monday morning.

PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating after a man was found fatally shot at the scene of a car accident.

The accident occurred Monday morning just after 3 a.m. near 16th and Roosevelt Streets. Phoenix Police reported to the scene of the car crash and found a man with gunshot wounds. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died.

Officers said they believe the victim was shot and killed following an argument about the crash. No suspect has been identified and details about the victim were not made available. Phoenix police said the investigation is ongoing.
