Phoenix Police Identify Victim In Sunday Deer Valley Shooting
Phoenix police said a woman shot and killed her husband inside their home on Sunday morning in Deer Valley.

PHOENIX, AZ — Police released the name of the accused in Sunday morning's shooting in the Deer Valley community of Phoenix.
Diane Smith has been accused of shooting her husband, Brandon, inside their home on the 21400 block of North 34th Drive, police said on Monday.
The shooting occurred around 2 a.m. on Sunday, with Brandon calling police to report the incident and that his wife was he the one that shot him, authorities said.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in extremely critical condition and eventually died from his injuries after arriving.
