Here are the top three stories in Phoenix today:
- The Phoenix Police Department is seeking public input about the department's revised use of force policy. The revisions come in response to alleged uses of excessive force by the department over the last few years as well as a 2021 probe into the department's policing behaviors by the U.S. Justice Department. - Phoenix city officials are planning to propose a new set of rules and regulations to help the city save water. The proposed regulations include two water meters on new homes to track indoor versus outdoor water usage, regulations on pool sizes, and a plan to stop annexing land. (12news.com KPNX)
