Here are the top three stories today in Phoenix:

  1. The City of Phoenix is looking to bolster its existing water supplies with new water conservation policies. Ongoing shortages and cutbacks have caused the city to reevaluate its water management and come up with an updated water strategy, according to Cynthia Campbell, the water resources management advisor for the city. The strategy includes improving water conservation, using existing alternate water resources from other rivers, and implementing sustainable development policies. (ABC15 Arizona in Phoenix)
  2. On Saturday, $100K worth of "production property" was stolen from a third-party vendor at downtown Phoenix's Super Bowl Experience. The theft was reported on Feb. 4 at roughly 5:00 p.m. at the Phoenix Convention Center near 2nd Street and Washington. If you have any information regarding the theft please contact Phoenix Police at 602-262-6151 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS. (Fox10Phoenix)
  3. A Phoenix father is facing charges after a toddler was found at a home with skull fractures and broken ribs. On Saturday, officers responded to a trailer near 31st Avenue and Interstate 10 and found an unresponsive two-month-old with a head injury, according to court documents. The child reportedly suffered three skull fractures, injuries to his left and right ribs, and bruising across his stomach, doctors said. Nino-Cota Martin is facing child abuse charges.
