Police Fatally Shoot Armed Robbery Suspect In Phoenix
Phoenix police said an armed robbery suspect was shot and killed by an officer inside a restaurant in west Phoenix on Saturday night.

PHOENIX, AZ — A man was shot and killed by police on Saturday night in west Phoenix after he pointed a firearm at an officer, according to Phoenix Police.
Police said that the man had committed multiple armed robberies in the area, near 75th Avenue and Indian School Road.
Authorities said that the man refused commands to drop his weapon, fleeing into a nearby restaurant with people inside, before pointing his gun at an officer and getting shot.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries, police said.
There were no other injuries in the incident, police said.
