Charity Carwash To Benefit Family of Lt. Chad Brackman
The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office lieutenant was hit by a vehicle and killed Wednesday while he was directing traffic in Scottsdale.
SCOTTSDALE, AZ — A charity carwash is set for Friday in Scottsdale to benefit the family of Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Lt. Chad Brackman.
Brackman died Wednesday from his injuries after a vehicle hit him while he was directing traffic at an intersection in Scottsdale. Brackman leaves behind his wife, two children and two step children.
The car wash is set for 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday at Cobblestone Auto Spa Car Wash, 15816 N. Pima Road in Scottsdale.

All proceeds from the carwash will go directly to Brackman's family, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.
The car wash is hosted by the Sheriff's Office and the Memorial Fund.
