City Of Scottsdale: City Seeks Additional Input On Old Town Scottsdale Character Area Plan And Zoning Ordinance Updates

Based on direction from City Council, additional outreach is still needed for this project, and we need your input. We will discuss the following topics at three two-hour sessions Monday, March 7. Please visit “Old Town Updates” to register and participate in one of the sessions.  

• The Provision of Open Space in Old Town 
• The definition of Mixed-Use Development 
• Building Height in Old Town 
• Development Bonus Provisions 

We will provide additional opportunities for input as the Old Town Plan and Zoning Ordinance updates progress through the public participation and hearing processes. Draft content will be available for public review. Continue to stay engaged by visiting the Old Town Updates website.
