The Craftsman To Host Bourbon Dinner Event Aug. 15

After spending much of 2020 at home, it’s so exciting that now in Arizona, not only can we go out and about, but also events are back! To celebrate, on Sunday, August 15th, we are closing the restaurant to host a special limited seating event featuring our Small Batch Bourbon. The menu will include the following courses and drinks:

Welcome cocktail at 5:30

First Course
Summer tomato and cucumber salad
parmesan panna cotta, basil crostini

Second Course
New Orleans style barbecued shrimp
creamed corn with bacon and chiles

Choice of beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner

Entrée
Braised beef cheeks
cauliflower horseradish puree,
roasted baby sweet potato and kale salad

A glass of neat or rocks Craftsman Distiller’s
New Small Batch Bourbon

Dessert
Dark chocolate and caramel tart
cocoa nib brittle, apricot compote

Tickets are $100 + tax (gratuity not included). The event starts at 5:30 pm where guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail and then seated for dinner at 6:00 pm. There will be a special announcement after dinner where guests can take advantage of a special discount and if guests purchase a bottle of the Small Batch Bourbon, it is offered at 25% off.
