Grandmother, Her Husband Arrested In Connection To Child's Death
The 11-year-old boy was found unresponsive in a Scottsdale hotel on Sunday, according to Scottsdale police. Another boy was taken by DCS.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Scottsdale police made two arrests in connection with the death of an 11-year-old boy, according to a news release.
The boy's grandmother, Stephanie Marie Davis, 51, and her husband, Thomas James Desharnais, 33, were arrested on suspicion of first degree homicide and child abuse, according to police.
Davis is being held on a $3.5 million bail and Desharnais is being held on a $1.5 million bail, according to police.

The boy had "significant injuries," when first responders found him unresponsive at a hotel in Scottsdale when responding to an emergency call. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The boy who died and another young boy were both in the care of Davis and Desharnais. The other boy was taken into the care of the Department of Child Services, police said.
