Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Abusing Special Needs Student
The 62-year-old man is accused of sexual abuse of a student at Chaparral High School in Scottsdale.
SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Scottsdale Police have arrested a man on suspicion of sexual abuse of a special needs student at Chaparral High School, police said in a news release.
Nicholas Alan Claus, 62, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of charges of sexual abuse, child abuse and public sexual indecency, according to Scottsdale Police.
On Thursday administrators from the high school reported to school resource officers that Claus was accused of abusing a special needs student.
